I am in Los Angeles today for the luncheon meeting of Beauty Industry West. Today's meeting honors the group's 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year, Jill Belasco, president and CEO of Latitudes International. Latitudes works with many top retailers and others, creating fragrance products for home and personal care.
